We take this privacy and the security of these information assets very seriously.

All around the Uvestor Productivity Suite modules, you will see Limited Access Areas.

These areas allow you to control 3 things:

  1. Who can see a document
  2. Who can see areas of information
  3. Who can edit or add information

The settings we use to control access are:

  • Admin Rights: Ability to Add/Edit/Delete Information and Documents
  • View Rights: Ability to View Information and Documents
  • No Access: Completely hidden Information and Documents

Because the Uvestor Productivity Suite is designed to work both inside and outside of your office, we have streamlined a few things for your internal operation.

We give you a really simple way to allow full control over all property information and documents for individual properties.

This setting is made by the person adding the property to the system. A member of your Productivity Team can be set as an Admin on an entire property.

This Admin setting will allow that user to add other individuals, add/edit all information and add/delete any document.

This Admin feature is designed for use inside a Real Estate Office to allow everyone to instantly collaborate on a Property Team with no restricted access.
